Helpdesk: Our helpdesk is available as either an office-hours or 24/7 service. Whatever and whenever the issue, we guarantee that a fully trained and accredited in-house technician (we do not outsource!) will be there to address it. This is one of the cornerstones of our service. Again and again, our clients have praised the swift incisive response of our team of engineers in addressing issues that might disturb the smooth functioning of your business. The helpdesk can be reached by phone, email, or via our Vivantio Service Desk. Our Vivantio solution gives you a log of actions taken so you can observe progress in real time.
IT Support Service Level Agreements: We offer a range of SLAs, allowing the flexibility to match each client’s needs most economically. We commit to taking action to resolve issues within 15 minutes of notification. Our standard SLA includes a problem response time of 4 hours for critical issues and next business day for non-critical (though in reality, most issues can be resolved much more quickly).
Server Monitoring: We use the PA Server Monitoring system to notify us of any potential or emergent problems with your systems. Most issues are resolved without any effect on system users. However, in the event of a serious issue, an engineer is always notified and starts work resolving the issue immediately.
Free Hardware Installation: Whether you buy the replacement hardware from ictnorthWest or a third party, our technicians will come in person to ensure a perfect installation that takes every aspect of the network/system into consideration. Put simply, we ensure smooth, trouble-free hardware installation and integration for our maintenance contract IT Support clients.
Remote Problem Resolution: Many issues can be (and are) resolved remotely, avoiding the downtime involved in an on-site visit. One of our technicians will take control of the affected part of your IT system and quickly fix your problem.
On-Site IT Support: If necessary, we can have a qualified and experienced IT support technician to address (or prevent) an emerging problem.
